The assessment will take place on August 11 and 12 with the star already training in Mumbai for quite some time. The report added that Shreyas Iyer has already proven his fitness and considering his brilliant white-ball cricket form, he will surely be a top choice for the selectors. Finally, skipper Suryakumar Yadav has not recovered from a hernia surgery and according to the report, he will need one more week at the NCA to regain full fitness but it is unlikely to affect his chances of playing in the Asia Cup.
